How to Wear
Step into the lower loops and settle the straps around your thighs. Bring the two long bands up the sides of your torso, then slip the upper loops onto your shoulders. Smooth the crossed chest bands so they lie flat. Make sure you can move comfortably without pulling or pinching.

Hand wash in cool water with mild detergent, then air dry away from direct heat. Avoid bleach, harsh friction, and twisting the elastic straps. Store clean and dry.
