Terms of Service Overview

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of blissentry.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from BlissEntry. BlissEntry is operated by Leshan Magellan Trading Co., Ltd. In these Terms, “BlissEntry,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of this Site, and “you” and “your” refer to visitors, account holders, and customers.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Purchase Notice. Where one of those policies specifically addresses a matter such as cancellations, refunds, product claims, shipping, or privacy, that policy applies to that matter together with these Terms.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.

1. Adult Eligibility

BlissEntry sells adult and intimate wellness products. You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority and legal age to purchase adult products where you live, whichever is higher.

By using the Site or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and are legally permitted to purchase the products ordered.

We may refuse or cancel an order, restrict access, or close an account if we reasonably believe that the applicable age requirement has not been met.

You are responsible for complying with local laws that apply to the purchase, possession, import, and use of adult products in your location.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to describe and display our products accurately, including their materials, dimensions, functions, colors, and available options.

Product appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, manufacturing tolerances, packaging updates, or other normal production differences. Minor variations that do not materially affect the product’s intended function are not considered defects.

Please review product descriptions, measurements, materials, compatibility information, available options, and specifications before ordering. Individual experiences with factors such as texture, firmness, fit, weight, noise level, stimulation, or sensation may vary, and we do not guarantee that a product will match a customer’s personal preference.

This does not affect claims involving products that are damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or materially different from the confirmed order. Those claims are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

We may update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue products at any time. Product availability is not guaranteed until an order has been accepted.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products in your cart.

After an order is submitted, we may review payment authorization, product availability, delivery restrictions, order information, and fraud or security risks.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel all or part of an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable

• Payment cannot be authorized or verified

• We reasonably suspect fraud, payment abuse, or unauthorized use

• Product information or pricing contains an obvious error

• Delivery to the provided address cannot reasonably be completed

• The product cannot legally or practically be shipped to the destination

• The order cannot otherwise be fulfilled

If BlissEntry cancels an order or part of an order, the amount paid for the affected item or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

We may also limit quantities or refuse orders that appear to be placed for unauthorized resale, fraudulent activity, promotional abuse, or other misuse of the Site.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, Replacements, and Product Claims

Customer-requested cancellations are subject to the three-hour cancellation period stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

Our Return & Refund Policy governs:

• Change-of-mind requests

• Physical returns

• Damaged or incorrect products

• Missing items or parts

• Electronic product defects

• Large and high-value products

• Evidence required for claims

• Lost or disputed deliveries

• Replacements

• Partial and full refunds

Nothing in these Terms creates a product trial period, satisfaction guarantee, return right, exchange right, warranty, or refund entitlement beyond what is provided by our Return & Refund Policy or required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy limits a consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

5. Prices, Payments, and Fraud Prevention

Prices, discounts, promotions, shipping charges, and other amounts are displayed through the Site and checkout where applicable.

Prices and promotions may change before an order is placed. A price change will not normally affect an order already placed, except where the displayed price resulted from an obvious technical, typographical, or pricing error. If such an error affects an order, we may cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

Promotions, discount codes, or special offers may be subject to additional conditions. Those conditions apply to the relevant promotion.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, contact, and payment information and to use only a payment method that you are authorized to use.

Payments may be processed, authenticated, and screened by third-party payment, financial, and fraud-prevention providers. We may delay, decline, or cancel an order where payment cannot be verified or where a transaction presents a reasonable fraud or security concern.

BlissEntry does not normally receive or store complete payment card numbers or card security codes. Information about payment and transaction data is provided in our Privacy Policy.

Taxes, customs duties, import charges, or other government charges may apply depending on the destination. Where these charges are not collected during checkout, the customer is responsible for charges imposed by the destination country or local authority.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Available shipping methods, shipping charges, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout where available and are further explained in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates rather than guarantees. Delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, weather, local delivery conditions, government action, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If we are unable to ship an order within the time stated or within any period required by applicable law, we will provide any delay notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information. Address corrections requested after an order is placed are subject to the conditions stated in our Return & Refund Policy and may not be possible once fulfillment or shipping has progressed.

Tracking information is supplied by carriers and shipping partners and may not update immediately at every stage of transit.

Claims involving packages that are lost in transit, marked delivered but not received, misdelivered, refused, or unclaimed are handled under our Return & Refund Policy.

For international orders, customers are responsible for complying with applicable import requirements and for duties, taxes, or fees not collected at checkout.

7. Accounts and Account Security

Some features of the Site may allow or require a customer account.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

You must not sell, transfer, or provide your account for unauthorized use by another person.

If you believe that your account has been accessed without permission, contact us promptly.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, investigate fraud or security concerns, prevent misuse, or enforce these Terms.

8. Website Content and Sexual Wellness Information

Our Site may contain buying guides, product information, educational articles, sexual wellness content, and other general information.

This content is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Site and its content, including our text, product descriptions, graphics, photographs, videos, logos, page designs, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to BlissEntry and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access the Site for personal, non-commercial shopping and informational use.

Without our prior written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit, modify, or create derivative works from our Site content except where permitted by applicable law.

The BlissEntry name, logo, branding, and related designs may not be used in a way that suggests authorization, endorsement, or affiliation without our permission.

Third-party names, trademarks, photographs, product materials, and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

Customer reviews and other customer-submitted content are not owned by BlissEntry merely because they appear on the Site. They are addressed separately below.

10. Reviews and User Content

You may be able to submit ratings, written reviews, photographs, videos, feedback, or other content intended for publication on the Site (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of the rights you hold in your User Content. By submitting User Content for publication, you grant BlissEntry a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, format, adapt, translate, publish, distribute, and use that User Content in connection with operating, promoting, and marketing BlissEntry and its products, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

By submitting User Content, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old

• You created the content or have the necessary rights to submit it

• The content is based on your genuine experience where it is presented as a review

• The content is not knowingly false or misleading

• The content does not infringe another person’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights

• The content does not contain malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising

• Any compensation, free product, discount, or other material incentive connected with the content is disclosed where required

• The content does not contain images, descriptions, or other material involving anyone under 18

We may refuse to publish, edit for formatting or clarity, or remove User Content where reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect privacy or safety, prevent fraud or abuse, or enforce these Terms.

Photos, videos, troubleshooting materials, and other evidence submitted privately in connection with a customer service request or product claim are not treated as public User Content. They are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not publish claim evidence as a review or use it in advertising without separate permission.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the Site to commit fraud or another unlawful act

• Provide false information for the purpose of obtaining payment, refunds, replacements, discounts, or other benefits

• Impersonate another person or use a payment method without authorization

• Introduce malware, viruses, harmful code, or other technology intended to damage or disrupt the Site

• Attempt to bypass security, authentication, fraud-prevention, or access controls

• Scrape, crawl, extract, or systematically collect Site content or customer information through unauthorized automated means

• Infringe our intellectual property rights or the rights of another person

• Collect or misuse another person’s personal information

• Submit unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, or rights-infringing material

• Use the Site in connection with material involving the sexual exploitation or abuse of minors

We may restrict access, suspend an account, cancel an affected transaction, or take other reasonable action if these Terms are violated.

12. Third-Party Services, Links, and Shopify

BlissEntry uses third-party providers to support functions such as ecommerce hosting, payments, fraud prevention, fulfillment, shipping, tracking, communications, analytics, reviews, and other store services.

Our online store is hosted and supported by Shopify. Shopify provides ecommerce infrastructure, but products purchased from BlissEntry are sold by BlissEntry unless another seller is expressly identified.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies. When you interact directly with an independent third party, its terms may also apply.

The Site may contain links to external websites or services. A link does not necessarily mean that we control or endorse the third party. We are not responsible for the content, availability, security, or independent practices of external websites that we do not operate.

13. Privacy

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Because BlissEntry sells intimate wellness products, order information and customer communications may involve particularly private information. Please review the Privacy Policy before providing personal information through the Site.

Independent service providers may also process personal information under their own legal responsibilities and privacy policies.

14. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Site accurate, secure, and available, but we cannot guarantee that it will always operate without interruption, delay, technical error, or temporary unavailability.

General information on the Site may occasionally contain errors or become outdated. We may correct or update Site information where necessary.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and its general informational content are provided on an “as available” basis.

This section applies to the Site and general content. It does not remove or limit our responsibilities for damaged, defective, incorrect, missing, or otherwise eligible products under our Return & Refund Policy, and it does not limit any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BlissEntry will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable as a result of our breach of these Terms.

We are not responsible for business losses, lost profits, lost revenue, or loss of business opportunity arising from products purchased primarily for personal or household use.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for:

• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

• Death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot be excluded

• Intentional misconduct

• Product liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited

• Any statutory consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be waived

Nothing in this section limits an approved refund, replacement, or other resolution that BlissEntry is required to provide under our Return & Refund Policy or applicable law.

16. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify BlissEntry against reasonable third-party claims, losses, or costs arising directly from:

• Your unlawful or fraudulent use of the Site

• User Content submitted by you that infringes another person’s rights

• Your material breach of these Terms where that breach causes a third-party claim against BlissEntry

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify BlissEntry for losses caused by BlissEntry’s own negligence, misconduct, or breach of law.

17. Force Majeure

BlissEntry will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure results from an event beyond our reasonable control.

Such events may include natural disasters, severe weather, fire, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, government restrictions, customs action, labor disruption, carrier or logistics interruption, utility or telecommunications failure, payment-network disruption, cyberattack, or failure of a critical third-party service provider.

Where such an event affects an order, we will take reasonable steps to resume performance or arrange an alternative where practical.

If we determine that an affected product or order cannot reasonably be fulfilled, we may cancel the unfulfilled portion and refund the amount paid for that portion to the original payment method.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

18. General Terms

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue to apply.

If we do not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, that does not mean we waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies and notices expressly incorporated into them, form the agreement between you and BlissEntry concerning your use of the Site and purchases from BlissEntry.

Where a policy specifically addresses a subject such as refunds, product claims, shipping, or privacy, the more specific policy governs that subject. Mandatory applicable law always takes priority where it cannot legally be waived.

We may assign or transfer our rights and obligations in connection with a legitimate transfer, restructuring, or sale of our business, provided that doing so does not reduce any non-waivable rights you have. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms except where permitted by law or with our written agreement.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

To the extent that a choice of law is permitted, these Terms and contracts between you and Leshan Magellan Trading Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.

This choice of law does not override any mandatory consumer protection law that applies to you and cannot legally be waived or excluded.

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can review the issue and attempt to resolve it. Nothing in this section prevents you from using a court, regulator, consumer protection authority, or other remedy available to you under applicable law.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our business, products, services, policies, technology, or legal obligations.

The version of the Terms in effect when you place an order will normally apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes.

Continued use of the Site after an updated version becomes effective means that the updated Terms apply to your subsequent use of the Site.
