BlissEntry ships customer orders using the shipping options shown during checkout. This policy explains how orders are processed, how tracking is handled, and what to do if there is a delivery issue.

After you place an order, we review the order details and prepare eligible items for shipment. Processing time can vary by product availability, order volume, destination, payment review, and carrier pickup timing.
Shipping options and delivery estimates
Available shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available. Delivery estimates are not guarantees because carrier delays, weather, customs review, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control can affect transit time.
Tracking
When tracking is available for your order, tracking details may be sent by email or shown through the order status page. Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take time to appear after the package is scanned.
Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If an address is incomplete, incorrect, or cannot be delivered by the carrier, the package may be delayed, returned, or lost. Contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address issue after ordering.
Delivery issues
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please check your mailbox, porch, building office, neighbors, and local carrier first. Then contact us with your order number so we can review the delivery record and help with the next practical step.
Privacy and packaging
Because BlissEntry sells intimate wellness products, we handle shipping information with care. We aim to use discreet outer packaging where practical, while still including the shipping label, carrier details, and any information required for delivery or compliance.
International orders
If international shipping is available at checkout, the customer is responsible for providing an accurate address and for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import fees, or local delivery requirements. Customs processing can affect delivery timing.
